Emang, bukan lagu yang baru rilis. Tapi akhir-akhir ini sering banget gak sih lo denger di TikTok sama reels Instagram? FYP gue isinya penuh dengan content creator pake lagu ini buat sound konten mereka.
Gue yakin bukan cuma gue, gak sedikit juga yang jadi pengen ngulik atau dengerin Pink + White dari Frank Ocean ini karena jadi stuck ya di kepala.
Sebenernya lagu Pink + White ini dulu dirilis pertama kali pada tahun 2016. Udah lama ya, tapi emang ini lagu catchy banget dan gue akuin cocok buat jadi reels Instagram maupun TikTok di wave yang sekarang. Vibey banget. Emang deh Frank Ocean, suhu nya modern RnB/Soul.
Apparently, di lagu ini Frank banyak ngegunain ekspresi yang metaforis dan puitis, jadinya bisa diartikan dengan beberapa cara dan persepsi; tapi keliatannya lagu ini ngomongin tentang mengingat sebuah hubungan dengan seseorang yang udah gak ada, deep ya. Fun fact: judul Pink + White diambil karena terinspirasi oleh road trip yang Frank dan teman-temannya alami, dimana mereka melihat sunset yang indah; disitu langit dan awan terlihat pink and white.
